Why wear a medical Id?

It is a scenario that many of us dred. In case of a life threatening emergency, we will not be able to articulate our vital medical information to paramedics. For example, you have a seizure and become disoriented, and are unable to speak clearly. Hopefully someone will be there to help you, but in the event no one is with you, it is always a good decision to wear a medical alert bracelet with your personalized engraving information. When the medical professionals arrive on the scene, they look for a medical bracelet, necklace, or anklet to see what your condition/s are to better assist you.

We never charge extra for a medical identifiction tag when you order a bracelet with tag. Our medical id tags will be custom engraved for FREE with your medical history to alert the medical staff of your medical condition/s. Please be sure to indicate if you are taking, or allergic to any medications listed and ahny life saving or life threatening information.  It's always wise to include an I.C.E. or In Case of Emergency telephone number so the hospital reach your contact person.

You will receive a FREE Medical Emergency Wallet Card with each Creative Medical ID purchase.

Medical IDentification jewlery should be worn by those who have:
