STEP 1 - Determine if your repair is still under the 90-day guarantee
Repairs under guarantee:
If your purchase is less 90 days from the ship date found on your packing slip you are under the guarantee. If your recent purchase is in need of repair due to a defect in workmanship and not from wear & tear, it will be repaired at no charge under your 90 day guarantee. If your guarantee has expired:
If a repair is needed after guarantee has expired (more than 90 days from ship date found on your packing slip), and you have at least 90% of the beads/bracelet, please make your selection below.
STEP 2 - Prepare your Package for shipment
We recommend that you insure your package as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage in transit. We will also insure your package when shipping it back to you! Please wrap your Medical Tag to protect from scratching in transit & ship your item in a padded envelope to:
